Location: the hotel was close enough to city area, THE JUNGLE and the hill. The staff was efficient, as well as host.

I had a pleasant stay at a resort situated in Ulu Tiram. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly two Indonesian gentlemen named Indra and Chandra. I appreciated the assistance from the humble operation managers, Mr. Hanafi and Mr. Bakar. The location of the resort was also great, away from the city area and with ample parking space. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool which had a great view. Cleanliness was also top-notch. Although there weren't any eateries nearby, it only took us a quick 10-minute drive to find some great food options.

The pool area was the best feature of the hotel. There were lots of options to keep children entertained like slides and water sprays. The staff were accommodating and open to entertaining the children even allowing parents to supervise. The hotel was located near a shopping center and a few minutes from the airport which made it easy to access. The room was spacious and had a pleasant view that was quite relaxing. The park surrounding the hotel had lovely walking trails that were perfect for an early morning jog or walk.

The hotel needs to work on their hygiene a bit more. There was dirty linen and an issue with the ventilation in the room.
